I was driving down the road on a night you had a gig, somewhere far far away from where my tires where picking up the dirty pebbles off these empty streets. It had just finished raining and the roads were slick with the skies tears. As my car slid along at a rapid pace, windows down, air rushing in, I could hear the sound of your guitar wailing out in the night. It hit me so hard I lost control of all my senses.
No matter how far I drive, where I go, who I’m with, your sweet sound haunts me like a lonely ghost. I hear you, do you hear me? Do you feel my love every time you view my colors? How far will the wind will take me this time? What secrets will the wind whisper to me tonight? Keep playing with all your heart because when you do, the wind makes sure I never lose sight of you.
